11/30/2009 - Rick after 30 years has finally found a successful method to quit tobacco use (Cigarettes). Rick quit tobacco on Labor day in September 2009. He has always enjoyed a 'inhalation pastime' but obviously the use of tobacco products is a major problem both for health and the wallet.

Finally there is now a way to continue one's inhalation pastime that is actually far more satisfying and greatly more enjoyable for the heavy to light tobacco user but without the 4,000+ toxins contained within each puff of tobacco.

Ricks E-cig guide will cover the 4 basic Electronic Cigarette models already familuar to him and the dozen or so premier modified Electronic Cigarette models that are even more enjoyable and satisfying as well as cost effective.

Ricks is currently posting information with links to additional info about the basic models and the premier modified models. Ricks is putting together a good resource of information plus info/links of where and what to buy for anyone wishing to quit smoking tobacco whether cigarettes, pipes, cigars or chewing. There are Pipe and cigar vapor models too.
